RETURNS
At KeyPieces we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 working days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
It is important that you read carefully and follow the instructions and conditions for returning or exchanging an item you have purchased at KeyPieces
A step by step guide to returns and exchanges.
- Click on My Orders to view your order history.
- Click the the order no. which contains the item you wish to return.
- On the Order Detail page tick the checkbox next to the item you wish to return and provide the reason for the return in the box provided.
- Your return request will be sent to us and we will prepare the RMA slip for the item return.
- When the RMA slip has been generated we will email you to let you know it is ready to be printed off.
- Print out the RMA slip as record of your return request.
- Once the return item has been received and checked to ensure it conforms to the conditions indicated below, we will issue you with a refund or exchange as appropriate and update your order status accordingly.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item in its original parcel, ensuring adequate protection to prevent damage in transit and use a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- KeyPieces reserves the right to refuse a refund for an item that is NOT returned to us in its NEW, ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL LABELS AND PACKAGING, along with the RMA slip.
- Where a refund has been requested for a correctly supplied item due to a customer 'changing their mind' a full refund will be provided with a deduction for the cost of the original postage.
- Delivery will be recharged if appropriate, for any exchange item.
- Once we receive your item we will send you confirmation via email and replace, exchange or refund you as appropriate within 2 working days.
