We try to ensure that all items are dispatched within 48 hours of the completed order, however this is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, in the unlikely event that any products you order turn out to be unavailable, we will inform you by email. We have our products located in the UK and France, therefore depending on the item ordered it may take 2-14 days for the goods to be delivered to you.

Europe Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland.

Europe Zone 2: Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark

Europe Zone 3: Greece, Belarus, Russia, Cyprus, Crete, Albania

KeyPieces uses Royal Mail recorded delivery services and UPS. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 2-7 days, for Europe 5-9 days however KeyPieces cannot guarantee this. Please be aware that deliveries will have to be signed for. As stated above, please be aware that delivery times may vary according to whther the item ordered is dispatched from UK or France.
